Terms
1) The client owns the site from the time it is handed over with the exception of Any text, images, logos or source code owned by a third party.
2) The client is responsible for any ongoing cost such as Domain names, hosting or any Third party cost such as Bank admin charges for e-commerce.
3) Copyright & Trademarks of any work done are the responsibility of the client to get them approved.
4) Weaver web accepts no responsibility for any loss of earnings/trade by way of the Client's site being misrepresented/offline.
5) Weaver Web will advise you on the best ways to present your site, but it is the client's Decision and Weaver Web cannot be held responsible for any outcome.
6) Weaver Web reserves the right to cease working for the client, if the client is found To be doing anything illegal regarding the Internet.
7) If Weaver Web is unhappy with the way the site design is conducted the site work May be terminated and any payment for work done must be paid in full within 7 days.
8) Cancellation of any appointments must be notified at least 48 hours before Appointment.
9) Maintenance and upgrades must be carried out by weaver web, if the client decides to Have the work done else where the client will be liable for a one off penalty charge Which will be dictated by the size of the site minimum charge £100 maximum charge £1,000.
10) Weaver Web requires at least 48 hours notice from the client for any maintenance or Upgrades work to be carried out except for emergency work.
11) Maintenance and upgrades will be charged at the hourly rate applicable at the time the Work is to be carried out.
12) All Payments must be paid within 7 days from issue of invoice After the 7 days no more work will be carried out until payment is received in full.
12a) If payment is not recieved before 14 days a charge of 1% of the invoice amount will be added on a daily basics untill invoice is paid in full.
13) Sites under the cost of £500 must be paid under the invoicing terms upon the site being handed over to the client.
14) Sites over the cost of £500 Weaver Web will ask for a 20% deposit before any work is Carried out with the balance due under the invoicing terms upon the site being handed Over to the client.
15) Sites over the cost of £2,500 may be paid by a payment plan agreed between the clients And Weaver Web, but the 20% deposit is still required.
16) Any payment plans are at the discretion of Weaver Web any failure to comply with the agreement then Weaver Web reserves the right to ask for the payment in full.
17) Weaver Web reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions with prior notice.
